My house batteries are float charged but my engine battery drops to 12.9 after a couple of weeks of just sitting at home. Why wouldn''t Tiffin set up a float charge for the engine battery when hooked up to shore power? I hooked up a battery tender and immediately the engine battery jumped to 14.5 charging.
