So I got a new 80A controller. Charge light is flashing but still says 0amps flowing. I checked each of the panels and y branch connections. Each of the 4 panels shows ~20V and 0.3A. The fuses are still good too (15A fuse on each panel line). The lines between the panels and the controller and battery are also confirmed in tact.
